I'm in complete awe of how these little ones maneuver...so quickly, with what appears to be such an effortless grace. In contemplating their miraculous sense of balance, I find myself a bit envious as it seems so difficult at times for we humans to practice that kind of balance in our daily lives. I am grateful for the example.

Colleen, that is a really wonderful thing to say...and I appreciate it greatly. I never tire of watching and photographing these little ones, in part because it is a challenge to do them justice when they move so quickly! I am now working on learning to use the video function on my camera to film them.....and the supposedly great auto-focus feature does not seem able to keep up with them! Part of the joy of this work...always more to learn!
