Description
Behind the Shed
What is it that we as humans lack
To make us question our existence
And seek a meaning to our lives?
The trees live and do so
Splendidly because
They do not worry about tomorrow
Or what they should be doing, and
All would benefit from such a carefree attitude
Behind the shed
Lies the single thought that
May save us all
Allow me to investigate.

Thank you so much Bob! Not my "junk," but it caught my eye while at one of my workplaces. I used this piece to explain to a friend how even junk can be beautiful...if we have the eyes and mind to see.

V&F oh how I wish I were a tree & could quit worrying & live life!!! just live happily ever after.... !!!! Love those words & thank you for sharing that! Love your image! :D
Rory Siegel replied:
Thank you dear friend! I wish you would quit worrying too....and I am making an effort to do so as well. A gifted counselor once said to me that "worry only gives us the illusion of control." I found her words profound and with knowledge I have gained since then, have realized that worry only concentrates our focus on what we DON"T want. It's a discipline of the mind to be sure, but we are better served to put our thoughts on that which we desire to experience...not on that which we fear. Thanks for your kind comment!
