Description
This image was created for a challenge contest wherein all contestants had to start with the same stock photo, courtesy of Pixabay, then alter or "paint" it to show a change of season...or in my case atmosphere and time. I really enjoyed this challenge, learned greatly from it, and look forward to experimenting more in the future....using my own photographs as a starting point.

Thank you Nina! If you read the description now (finished it this morning) you will see that although I have made this mine, it was based on a stock photo...something I have never done before, but did for a contest challenge here on FAA where all of us had to start with the same image.

Thank you my sweet friend...I love the quote! There is a great difference I think, between being lonely or simply being alone. When one embraces their aloneness, they are not lonely, but savor that place of solitude for the wisdom and inspiration that often flows from it. And how can we be lonely when within us there is our guiding essence, and surrounding us always the magnificent beauty and communion of the Natural world
