Description
"Longer than memory we have known that each animal has its power and place, each a skill, virtue, wisdom, innocence -- a special access to the structure and flow of the world. Each surpasses ourselves in some way. Together, sacred, they help hold the cosmos together, making it a joy and beauty to behold, but above all a challenge to understand as story, drama, and sacred play."

Thank you so much Judy. It's bittersweet to see these photos of her right now...having had to just let her go on to kitty heaven.

Hazel Billingsley
I love the intensity of her gaze - beautiful! F/V

Thank you so much Hazel! You would be smitten instantly if you met her in person, lol! She is such a character!

Paul Lovering

Bob Salo
Something very special about that little face, the facial markings and pose are captivating V
Rory Siegel replied:
Thanks Bob...I think so too! She and her 74 pound partner in crime broke out our 1' by 1.5' bathroom window screen yesterday while we were out doing errands so they could "play" outside while we were gone. We never leave them out when we are gone so it was a bit of a shock to come home and find them running up to the car! Cannot believe the dog got through a window that small and that high up! Never a dull moment with animals!

Love her stance she looks so regal! I adore cats and I think this is a perfect cat image, the title is great too!
Rory Siegel replied:
Thank you for taking the time to look at my work and comment! She is an extremely self-possessed little being...even for a cat!

Genevieve Esson
What a striking image. Now this is a cat that knows he's good looking. You have a good eye Rory! Well done! v/f
Rory Siegel replied:
Thank you Genevieve...that is a lovely compliment! This little kitty has so much personality that it's hard to take a bad picture of her, lol!
